If you watched the South Africa Music Awards (SAMA) on Saturday night, you would have seen Maggie presenting an award together with Karabo from Generations. In case you missed it, you can see Maggie and Lolly at the Yellow Carpet at the SAMA’s on Saturday night in Sun City, in the video below.

Being a woman myself, I know how sensitive the issue of weight is. Maggie is not taking it very well of late and she is also being very depressed about being lonely. Maggie has not had a partner for a while now and it is taking a toll on her and she thinks that maybe the reason no man wants her is because of her weight. And it is not helping that she is being ‘picked on’ by Calvin and Stella. I believe Maggie is a strong woman and she is going to get through this whole depression and weight issue.

Credit to the directors of Isidingo for what they are doing; highlighting the issue of weight amongst women. If they can get Maggie to loose weight and become confident with herself again, it will be a great example to other woman out there who have the same problem she is facing.
